Our Inspiration

I’ve been committed to making delicious moist flavorful cakes for 33 years. In 1987, I took my first American class in cake decorations and the rest is history. I was in love with baking. My friends and family supported my endeavors and my loyal customers have been with me ever since. As a young high school girl, I studied arts and crafts in the Dominican Republic which dovetails well with my love for baking. I was trained by Maria Celerina Tavera, my late husband’s mother; Maria was a trusted Chef to elite leaders across the Dominican Republic. My love for baking inspired my daughters to follow me in my pursuits to ensure that everyone can have great tasting cake for their special occasions.

Chief Executive Officer
As a wife and mom, I became inspired to develop recipes that would attempt to reach the level of moisture and flavor that my mom always achieves. Since baking is a science, I am an experienced accounting professional who received a Bachelors’ from Baruch. I love to make cupcakes and cookies

Linet Guzman
Media & Marketing Director

At the age of 23, I have developed numerous website and ecommerce businesses. I have a full working knowledge of many media forms that are essential for living and working in a rapidly evolving digitally connected world. Most of my creative inspiration comes from trends in fashion, pop culture, and social media. Along with a love for decorating parties with my mom, I am the go-to-girl for friends’ special events and occasions. As an emerging media graduate, my B.A. from Hunter College has given me a solid understanding of the ways in which communication and media impacts our larger work socially, culturally, and all levels of business.
